1) BE THE HELPING HAND

Try to help everyone. Do not keep this in mind that if that person will not give me something in return, i will not help him. You have to jut help everyone, by this way people will become close to you automatically.

2) STAY IN TOUCH

You have to make a strategy that how you will stay in touch with people you have met before or your old friends.
Keep a fixed time like after lunch break in your office,you make a phone call to a met-before person. By this way you can make a 30 phone calls in a month.
